Calibrating the Probe Dialogs

Calibrating the probe dialog tells you that the probe has to be calibrated before a periodontal visit. At this point, the program may be run without the probe in use by pressing the Disable Probe button. If the probe is being used it will prompt you to completely depress the tip on a hard, flat surface and press the center foot switch or click on the OK button.

Another dialog will appear prompting you to completely extend the probe and press the center foot switch or click on the OK button. If the probe was not calibrated correctly you will be asked to recalibrate the probe.
