Missing Teeth Dialog - First Visit

When you create the first visit for a patient, the above message box will be displayed.  If you would like to enter missing teeth for this patient, select the "Yes" button or press the left footswitch.  If you would like to mark only the third molars missing, select the "Third Molars" button or press the center footswitch.  If you do not wish to mark any missing teeth for this patient, select the "No" button or press the right footswitch.
