Moving Mode
The Moving Mode allows you to move about the data screens
without erasing previously recorded data. You may leave the Data Entry Mode and enter the
Moving Mode by pressing Cntl + V, pressing the Moving
button from the Probing Mode Toolbar, or by holding down
either side foot switch. You may reach a help dialog for the Moving Mode by simultaneously
pressing both side foot switches for two seconds.
Once in the Moving Mode, short presses on either side switch will move the cursor. The left foot switch will move the cursor to the previous tooth, while the right foot switch moves the cursor to the next tooth. The right and left arrow keys may also be used to move the cursor one tooth at a time. The backspace key will move the cursor back one site, while the space bar will move the cursor forward one site. The up and down arrow keys moves the cursor vertically in the chart.
To return to the Data Entry Mode, press the center foot switch.
