New Visit Dialog

The New Visit dialog tells you that the Periodontal Page can not be opened up without a visit. If you do not have one, one will be created for you by pressing the OK button. If you check the box that says "Don't show me this message again," a visit will automatically appear on the screen when you open the Periodontal Page. This dialog can be reactivated in the General Options.
