FP32 General Overview

FP32 contains two different pages: "Personal Page" and "Periodontal Page". These pages can be selected by either clicking on the appropriate tab (located below Menu and Toolbars) or by selecting the appropriate item under the Window Menu.

The "Personal Page" contains general patient information. This includes the chart number, social-security number, first, middle, and last name, photograph, gender, race, date of birth, mailing address, phone numbers, insurance provider and policy number, referral doctor, examiner, medical alerts and miscellaneous notes. Some defaults for this page can be set under Personal Page Options.

The "Periodontal Page" contains a full mouth chart showing the date of the current visit, and all recession, pocket depth, bleeding, suppuration, furcation, plaque and mobility readings. All measurements and missing teeth are recorded while on the Periodontal Page. The appearance of this page can be changed using Periodontal Page Options. The Periodontal Toolbar and the Probing Mode Toolbar are also available while on this page.
