Printing a Patient's Chart

To print a patient's chart, you may either select Print from the File menu or press the Print button. The following dialog will be displayed for you to select which formats and the number of copies to print.

The Graphical Chart can be printed showing Pocket Depth Bars and/or A.L. lines. The Graphical Chart can be printed on plain paper or on Florida Probe's preprinted form by checking the appropriate box. Some options for print quality and type can be set in the Print Options.

A Numerical Report, a Rectangular Periodontal Chart, a Patient's Plaque Chart, and a History of Tooth can be printed by checking the appropriate boxes. If a History of Tooth report is selected, you will be prompted to select the teeth for which reports are to be printed.

The number of copies to be printed is selected by pressing the arrow keys (using the mouse) or entering the number by keyboard in the appropriate box.

Printing is started by pressing the Print button. The process can be canceled at any time by pressing the Cancel button.
